Diablo 2 dev hates immortal reddit12/16/2023 This mob mentality on this Reddit is crazy tbh. With DI the wave is "game is pw2!!!" When in reality is one of the least p2w games I have seen. Meeting them is a small chance.įeels like 90% of this sub has no idea about what they are saying, just repeating some streamers opinions - and streamers usually ride the same wave as ordinary player "mob". There will be few whales who can do this. You can't get much power without a crazy amount of money. PW2 on a scale of p2w games is like 3/10. I am top 20 Necromancer in challenge rifts on my server. I'm not sure what expectations you had going in, if you really thought you'd be able to grind and compete with paid players on the leaderboards or why you thought that or why you even want to try Once I'm done with my necro run maybe I'll go through as another class or two and call it but its okay to get 40 hours out of a game and call it. Personally I think its sick as hell I'm getting a full campaign with some pretty great combat for free. And just because the monetization is bad in a f2p title doesn't mean it will be like this in D4, a paid title. Not every game you want to play has to give you the ability to just buy it outright and get everything. The fact its on PC doesn't negate the fact its a f2p mobile title. I put like 50-70 hours into elder scrolls blades, super fun game, and once it became tiresome I dropped it. The trick to f2p games is just to play it until the point you now feel like you have to really grind or really pay and then drop it. If you thought you'd be able to be on the leaderboard for free thats really on you. It seems very standard practice in this arpg mobile space. Its more like, "what did you expect out of a game thats a free to play mobile game"
